1. About us

"Bella Spa", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Bella Spa, a wellness and relaxation spa operating at Katrap, Badlapur, Maharashtra, India. "You", "guest" and "client" refer to any person who visits our website, contacts us, or uses our services.

2. Services offered

Bella Spa provides wellness, relaxation and stress-relief therapies, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, aroma therapy, Thai massage, foot reflexology and couple's spa sessions.

• All services are strictly wellness and relaxation therapies. We do not offer, provide or entertain any service of an inappropriate, immoral or unlawful nature, and any such request will be refused and the guest asked to leave.
• Our therapies are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or care. Please also read our Disclaimer.
• The service menu, session durations and rates may change at any time without prior notice. Current rates are confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Eligibility — 18+ only

Our services are available only to persons who are 18 years of age or older. We may ask for valid photo identification, and we reserve the right to refuse service if age cannot be verified. By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Bookings and appointments

• Appointments may be made by phone or WhatsApp on 79775 31117. Walk-in guests are welcome subject to therapist and room availability.
• A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you by phone or message. Enquiries alone do not reserve a slot.
• Please arrive a few minutes before your session time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so that the following guest is not delayed, and the full session charge will still apply.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a booking in circumstances beyond our control (for example therapist illness, power failure, or any other unforeseen event). In such cases we will offer you an alternative slot.

5. Payment

• Payment is due in full at the spa at the end of your session, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• We accept the payment methods displayed at our reception. Please confirm accepted modes with our team when you book.
• All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at the time of booking. Applicable taxes will be charged as per law.
• Any offer, package or promotional rate is valid only for the period and on the conditions stated, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 2 hours before your appointment time so that the slot can be offered to another guest.
• Services already rendered are non-refundable. Once a therapy session has begun, the full charge applies.
• Prepaid packages and gift vouchers, where offered, are non-transferable and non-refundable, and are valid only up to the expiry date stated on them.
• Where we cancel a confirmed booking and cannot offer you a suitable alternative slot, any amount you have paid in advance for that session will be refunded.
• Repeated no-shows may result in us requiring advance payment for future bookings.

7. Health, safety and your responsibilities

• Please inform our team before your session about any medical condition, allergy, injury, recent surgery, skin condition, pregnancy, or medication you are taking, so that we can adapt or decline a therapy where appropriate.
• If you have a medical condition, you should consult your doctor before taking any massage or spa therapy.
• Please tell your therapist immediately if you feel any discomfort during a session.
• We may decline service to any guest who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substance, or who is unwell in a way that makes therapy unsuitable.

8. Code of conduct

We are committed to a safe, respectful and professional environment for our guests and our team. By entering our premises you agree that:

• You will treat our therapists and staff with courtesy and respect at all times.
• Any inappropriate behaviour, comment, gesture, solicitation or request — of any kind — will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund, and the guest being asked to leave the premises. We may also report the matter to the police.
• Smoking, alcohol and any prohibited substance are not permitted on the premises.
• Mobile phones should be kept on silent out of respect for other guests. Photography or video recording inside the spa is not allowed without our written permission.
• Our therapists have the right to end any session immediately if they feel unsafe or disrespected.

9. Personal belongings

Please do not bring valuables to the spa. While we take reasonable care of the premises, Bella Spa is not responsible for the loss of, or damage to, cash, jewellery, mobile phones or any other personal belongings brought onto the premises. Lockers or storage, where provided, are used at your own risk.

10. Children and guests

As our services are for guests aged 18 and above, children are not permitted in treatment areas. Please make suitable arrangements before your visit.

11. Website use and intellectual property

• All content on bellaspa-badlapur.in — text, layout, graphics, logos and design — is the property of Bella Spa and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• You agree not to use this website in any way that is unlawful, or that could damage, disable or impair the site or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
• Our website may contain links to third-party sites and services (for example Google Maps or WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties.

12. Privacy

Any personal information you share with us — for example your name and phone number when you call or message us — is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of liability

• Our services are provided on an "as is" basis for relaxation and general wellbeing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bella Spa, its owners, employees and therapists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of the use of our services or this website.
• We shall not be liable for any adverse reaction, injury or aggravation of an existing condition where you have not disclosed a relevant medical condition, allergy, injury or pregnancy to us before the session.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable laws of India.
• We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, power or internet failure, strikes, or government restrictions.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page, with the "Last updated" date shown above, is the version in force. Please review this page from time to time.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Badlapur, District Thane, Maharashtra, India.
